- Check-in time in our rooms is from 2:00 p.m., offering our guests the flexibility to arrive and begin their stay comfortably.

- Check-out or departure from rooms must be done before 12:00 p.m. to ensure a smooth transition between guests and allow our housekeeping team to prepare the rooms for the next visitors.

3. Do you offer luggage storage service for the day of arrival or departure?
- Yes, we offer luggage storage service for both the day of arrival and the day of departure, allowing our guests to explore the city without worries before their arrival or after their departure.

4. Is breakfast service available?
- We do not have a complete breakfast service since there are numerous and varied places to have breakfast around the hotel. You will find vegan breakfasts, brunches, pastry shops, organic bakeries and of course the typical Spanish breakfasts with churros or the traditional sandwiches of bread, tomato and oil with ham. Being such an interesting area, we do not offer breakfast internally.

5. What is the policy on smoking on the premises?

- Yes, bathroom amenities are included in all our rooms, providing high-quality products for the personal care of our guests. They consist of hypoallergenic body wash, mild shampoo, hair conditioner and body moisturizer.

20. Are hairdryers provided in the rooms?
- Each room is equipped with a 2,100-watt hair dryer, especially for long hair for the convenience of our guests, allowing quick and convenient drying after the shower.


21. Is there a hair straightener available in the rooms?
- Yes, we have a hair straightener in the rooms, you just have to ask our reception team who will be happy to provide it.


22. Are the rooms equipped with Smart TVs?

- We also have express dry cleaning service available to our guests, providing comfort and convenience for those who need special care for their clothing. It must be hired 24 hours in advance. Check the costs by type of garment at reception.

- Yes, it is possible to book airport transfers through our concierge service, ensuring a worry-free journey to and from the airport. However, since we are located in the city center, taxis are easily available in front of the hotel and can be hired at no additional cost.

- The distance between our hotel and the nearest beach is approximately 1.5 kilometers, offering our guests easy access to the beautiful beaches of Barcelona to enjoy the sun and the sea.

- Yes, we have a public parking lot about 5 meters from the hotel. However, their rates are high and their security is moderate. We recommend Parking Novedades Barcelona, about 100 meters away, with daily rates from 19 to 24 euros, greater security and the option to reserve on the Interparking website to get the best prices.
